Prophet and Pleas from the Keeper of the Purse Strings

In order to close the chapter on our
successful 1998 Field Day and use the
experience for future budget planning, we
need to resolve the outstanding expenses in
an expeditious manner. To date only the
food and sanitation bills have been received
and remunerated. I am certain NARC has
not seen all the bills; examples we are
missing; gasoline, ice, and soda. The NARC
Executive board agreed to, and it was
announced at the August NARC Meeting, a
deadline of the end of September 1998 for
bill reimbursement consideration. After
that, we thank you for your donation.
