NARC's own Project Box

of Programs

Climb Every Mountain

Those of you who enjoy “REAL” RF (above 50 MHz) won’t want to miss this month’s program at the NARC meeting.

Paul Wade, W1GHZ will be joining us and talking about VHF/UHF mountain topping. Paul has been published in the ARRL’s UHF/Microwave Projects Manual and will be a featured speaker at the upcoming ARRL Convention in Boxboro, MA later this month. He has been involved with VHF/UHF/Microwave communications modes for many years and brings an interesting perspective to this type of operating. Come and watch Paul as he shows us how to communicate on frequencies that most of us only use in transmit mode to heat up Thursday night leftovers.

You don’t have to be a member of the club to share in the fun. Join us at the Nashua Public Library for this meeting of the Nashua Area Radio Club.

Your favorite topics make next month’s program!! Tell me about them.

See you at the meeting! de Jack, WB4MDC
