I’m pleased to announce that Mary Jane Warren, WA4WIJ, and Don Grant, N1UBD, have accepted appointments to the Bulletin Staff for Advertising. They will be taking over for Frank Swiech, N1DGQ, and John Halbert, KA1HOV.
Both Frank and John have served in the advertising role for many years now and have been responsible for generating significant revenue over that time. Unfortunately, other commitments preclude them from continuing. Many thanks to them for their efforts on behalf of the club.
Mary Jane and Don are both enthusiastic and hard-working supporters of the club and its goals. They both have indicated that they understand the need for some advertising revenue and will be soon hitting the "pizza trail", etc., in search of new advertisers. If you have any suggestions about potential advertisers, drop them a landline. Matters of advertising must not be raised over the amateur airwaves
