It’s that time again folks. Field day planning meetings will be starting next month. The tentative schedule is April 7th, April 21st, May 5th, May 19th, June 2nd, and June 16th. As in prior years, the meetings will be held upstairs at the Chandler Branch of the Nashua Public Library.
Field day starts with setup at 14:00 Local time on June 26th and ends when teardown is complete on June 28th. Now is the time to think about how you want to participate. There are lots of positions that need to be filled, including “Future Stuckee”. Check the 98 NARC Field day web page at http://www.n1fd.org/fd/1998.
As things turned out we will have Buzz, KA1OMJ's site available to us for one more year. That give's us one more year to show off our stuff for surrounding towns. If you know of a selectman, police/fire chief, or emergency planner in your town, invite them down. We will need a new site someday. Let's all pitch in and make this the best field day ever. Let's make it four in a row!!!
