AC VTVM: Could be used with above oscillator. Measures RMS voltages. $15.

AF oscillator: HP-241A, < 5Hz-1Mhz, slow to start. Needs some TLC. $5.

Heathkit IM-11 VTVM. Built it myself. Range switch needs cleaning. $10.
